Woah at that long title. Okay yeah I have no creativity, but that's what I named the checklist that I have with the list of all the restaurants I want to visit. I want more places, but its kinda hard to find anymore. Oh well, shall just complete this list first!
Anyway, I had ramen for lunch on Saturday! This is the sibling restaurant of my current favorite ramen place, Ramen Keisuke Tori King @ 100AM. This outlet specializes in their pork broth, which is boiled for a gruelling 8 hours and filled with wholesome goodness! Its so near my house, so I've been aching to try it. Finally my mum told me she didn't mind eating ramen, so we rushed here for lunch!
Upon reaching, we were seated immediately. I've walked past and stared at the menu so many times, I already knew what I wanted to order.
Similar to Tori King, you are presented with this order sheet.

I ordered the Spring Ramen, with no extra toppings. Normal taste of soup, less oil and soft noodles.
I like my noodles soft, like really soft, and Tori King has always been capable of doing this. So I wasn't expecting anything different with this outlet. Anyway! While waiting for your noodles to be served, have fun grinding your own sesame seeds! They add this really good taste to the soup, so do it well! (:
Also, peel your hard boiled eggs! The eggs are FREE FLOW! (Singaporeans, chiong) They have the choice of low cholesterol eggs and normal eggs. I had 2 eggs!
Did I also mention they have FREE FLOW of their specially marinated bean sprouts? This is what coaxed me to first visit their outlet, I LOVE MY VEGGIES. I love their marinated sprouts!
They gave us a half empty jar. I was annoyed and asked them to change it. Okay I should just say this beforehand: We finished 2 of this jars in this meal. Yes I'm a veggie monster.
Finally, our order came! Such an interesting, I find the Spring Version was! Ramen, pork broth, basil and cheese? Who adds cheese to their ramen? Very interesting combo!
Throw in your ground up sesame seeds, egg and beansprouts, then mix it all up well!
Mummy ordered the Autumn Ramen, which was minced Chashu and mushrooms. It looked super good too!
Okay, taste test time! The soup was AMAZING, super tasty! But even though we ordered for less oil, we thought the soup was still pretty oily. Maybe because pork is pretty oily? Idk but it didn't really bother me actually. My soup was amazing, I thought. The combination of basil, cheese and this tasty broth was SO REFRESHING. I'd never tried anything like it before, so of course I was totally won over by it! It was sweet, salty, tasty, gah a mix of all sorts of flavors! It tangled on my tongue and left a pretty strong after taste. However, the ramen disappointed me. I had requested for mine soft, but it came to me still pretty springy. I mean, yes it was nice, but I would have liked it softer.
Mum's soup was super tasty and good too! The mushrooms brought flavor to the broth and it was a salty and a teensy spiced taste, I would have liked it if it was spicy. Probably summer would have been nice!
OH. ANOTHER THING. THIS IS LIKE THE MOST IMPORTANT THING. THE BEANSPROUTS WERE DIFFERENT. I wanted to cry. They weren't that strong in taste as those in Tori King, perhaps they didn't marinate it as well. The taste was different, but ah I still liked it hehe. Still managed to finish 2 jars so~~
One more thing that caught my eye were the pretty bowls. For whichever season you order, there is a special bowl for it! So I got the Spring bowl, which had beautiful sakura blossoms patterned on it with the word '春‘, which also means Spring in Japanese/Chinese. Similarly, mum got the Autumn bowl, which said 天‘ and had fiery autumn leaves printed on it. If they sold these bowls, I would go buy them. Like seriously.
I couldn't help finishing the whole bowl. Okay but this photo was taken more for you guys to see the pretty bowl, but I guess the soup ruins it. SORRY HAHA.
In conclusion, this place is definitely worth a visit!! I'll come back soon to try the other two flavours! But I still prefer Tori King, because the soup, noodle texture, amount of oil, bean sprouts, etc, I feel are all inferior here. Plus, since its at a pretty busy district area, it can get pretty crowded at peak hours. We got chased out right after finishing our meal, which I thought was pretty mean. But oh well, limited shop space so can't blame them either. Otherwise, I think I may have possibly finished another half jar of beansprouts. Oops. LOVE YOU RAMEN KEISUKE FOR EXISTING.
TRY IT GUYS (; YOU WON'T REGRET IT NO WAY.
